Team Registration

Fill out all required fields below. You will be required to choose the division which you would like to join, captain and team information, and choose your teams shirt sizes (min. 10) before you will be able to complete the registration form.

Be sure to include an address that can accept shipment of your jerseys. All team shirts will now be delivered to the address you provide as team captain before your first game.

  • Pro Division – Highest competition level.
  • Semi-Pro Division – Middle competition level. This division will be split into two divisions at mid-season into an “A” and “B” division based on results and team’s competition. Those divisions will play the remaining four games of the regular season and playoffs within their own division.
  • Recreation Division – Lower competition level. This division is designed for teams just getting started with flag football, businesses/organizations, or those looking for more relaxed competition.

* The league reserves the right to move teams from one division to another in order to create more balanced competition.

Team Name and Division

Provide a name for your team and the desired division here. Any named deemed offensive or inappropriate may be requested to be changed by the league.

All Divisions are $575 per team.
Team Captain

Please provide all contact information as the team captain. Your cell number will be how we communicate any schedule changes, rain-out information and important league announcements.

If you forfeit any games without prior notice, you will be responsible to pay the referee fees for both teams ($40) before you can play your next game.

As captain of your team, you will be held responsible for knowing and understanding the league rules and regulations. You will be responsible for making sure each player has filled out and signed a waiver and that you (the captain) will be responsible for all roster edits. The roster may be changed through the third game of the regular season.

Please list each players first and last name here. One name per line here.

If your team will have any players from an upper division, you must declare those players here. These players must be declared before they are allowed to play for your team. Once you have declared your team’s upper division players, they may not change at any point during the season.

Semi-Pro and Recreation Upper Division Players

All Semi-Pro and Recreation Division teams can now have a maximum of THREE players that also play in an upper division.

** No player can play on any team, for any reason, on two teams in the same division **

If you choose to have players from an upper division on your team, the league will not guarantee that those teams will not play at the same game time during the regular season or playoffs. It it the responsibility of the player to decide which team they play on if a conflict occurs.

Any team found in violation of this rule during the season will be forced to forfeit games which illegal players played in and may also be banned from the playoffs regardless of final ranking.

As captain, you are responsible for knowing which players play for your team and their status before you allow them to play.
Jersey Sizes

Teams will receive 10 cotton jerseys with your choice of black or white ink up to size XL. If your team requires more than 10, each additional jersey is $10.00.

Each XXL jersey will have an additional $3.00 surcharge and each XXXL will be $4.00.
