Individual Registration

** ONLY FILL THIS FORM OUT IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL WITHOUT A TEAM **

Please fill out all required fields below. You will be required to choose the division you would in which you would prefer to play, your contact information, and choose your shirt size before you will be able to complete the registration form.

• Pro Division – Highest competition level.
• Semi-Pro Division – Middle competition level. This division will be split into two divisions at mid-season into an “A” and “B” division based on results and team’s competition. Those divisions will play the remaining four games of the regular season and playoffs within their own division.
• Recreation Division – Lower competition level. This division is designed for teams just getting started with flag football, businesses/organizations, or those looking for more relaxed competition.

* We will do our best to place you on a team in your desired division. If you find a team on your own prior to the season, please let us know.
